An Alpha XP account lets you open support tickets, track their status, and access the Help Center's member features. Creating one takes under a minute.
Go to the sign-up page from the top-right of the Help Center.
Enter your name, email address, and a strong password.
Submit the form and open the verification email we send you.
Click the verification link to activate your account.
Use an email you check regularly — ticket replies are sent there.
Choose a password of at least 8 characters mixing letters, numbers and symbols.
Note: You don't need an account to browse articles — only to open and follow tickets.
