Game Won't Open

If the game fails to launch or closes immediately, work through these steps in order.

Fixes

1. Restart your device.

2. Update the game to the latest version.

3. Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → the game → Storage → Clear cache.

4. Ensure you have enough free storage.

5. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall (cloud saves are preserved if you're signed in).
